Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Comiglot mobile application operated by Caluga Studios.

1. Copyright and User Content

Comiglot provides a technological tool to read and translate comic files. We do not provide, host, or distribute any copyrighted comics, manga, or graphic novels.

By using the App, you agree that you are solely responsible for the files you import. You must have the legal right, license, or permission to possess and read any content you process through the App. We bear no liability for copyright infringement caused by users.

2. AI Translation Disclaimer

Translations are generated dynamically by Artificial Intelligence. While we use advanced models, we cannot guarantee the 100% accuracy, cultural appropriateness, or completeness of any translation. The service is provided "as is" for educational and entertainment purposes.

3. Purchases, Tokens, and Subscriptions

Certain premium features (like Pro AI translations or AI Recaps) require in-app "AI Tokens" or an active subscription.

• All payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as we do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Caluga Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
